What the FCPartnerships Do: These newly-created foundation/corporation partnerships provide all kinds of insurance such as home owner insurance, life insurance, and auto insurance. They provide the people with an option to the existing insurance system which is run by Money & Profit/Dopamine Addicts.

Phase three uses the same principles described in Phase Two.

The New Business Structure: Set up a mutually-interactive network of independent, foundation/corporate partnerships with at least one corporate/foundation partnership in every county of every state in the entire country. Instead of a single FCPartnership for an entire state, we propose setting up a network of cooperating FCPartnerships. Why? For Four reasons. 1) To prevent concentrations of power. History clearly shows us that humans are incapable of handling unbridled power. A single foundation for an entire state would have an unnecessarily-high concentration of power. 2) Because a network of independently-controlled FCPartnership can counterbalance existing concentrations of financial and political power. 3) By working in harmony for a set of mutual goals, they can be watchdogs for each other. 4) Having a multitude of FCPartnerships would significantly reduce the potential for misuse of power and misuse of the FCPartnership's money.

The state FCPartnerships will work closely with the FCPartnerships that provide personal banking services.

Let us remind you that unlike the present political system and unlike much of the economic system, nobody is forcing you to participate. You are free to seek your business, personal, or home loans anywhere you choose to. You are free to seek your auto, life, and home insurance anywhere you choose to. You can seek your credit card services anywhere you choose to. The proposed new structures are simply alternatives to choose from.

The goal is to solve two major problems.

1) End the exploitation of the nation's natural resources.

2) Partially Fund the federal government.

The New Business Structure: Set up a mutually-interactive network of independent, non profit foundation/corporate partnerships with a corporate/foundation partnership in every state in the entire country. The reason for multiple foundations is to prevent excessive concentrations of power such as we now have in the federal government.

Each FCPartnership is the property of the people of the state in which it is located. Each FCPartnership belong to the people of the state and NOT to the state government. The FCPartnership are intentionally built outside of the existing political structures to avoid the political infighting and to avoid the big-money special interests that dominate so much of present-day politics. Each FCPartnership is to be managed by an independent board elected directly by the residents of the state.

Because the existing government agencies are notorious for misusing and wasting money, the profit money cannot simply be given the the federal government. The people, by way of FCPartnership, designate where the money is to be spent.

We suggest that ten percent of all moneys taken in by government agencies for leases on government owned lands and other government-owned natural resources be transferred to the FCPartnership for the state or states in which the resource is leased. The percentage allocated to the FCPartnership may be more than ten percent. Keep in mind that the higher the percentage the faster the transformation proceeds.

Each FCPartnership uses the money from the leases to buy stock in corporations leasing the use of natural assets from the government. The foundations pool their resources and start by buying stock in the corporations that are exploiting the state or nation's natural resources. If the states have leases on state property, the same principles apply. The state directs ten percent (or more) of the lease-generated revenue to FCPartnership that funds sate government and state social services.
